So, if you haven't heard by now, Marvel is not only slaying the silver screen, but they're owning the small screen as well. The most prominent show has been Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D on ABC. It came out directly after The Avengers and connected the Cinematic Universe to the weekly show. Then, Marvel signed a deal with Netflix to bring in a grittier street feel to the universe. When Daredevil debuted on Netflix...I mean, let's be serious, who didn't shit a little?! With Daredevil came the announcement of 3 other shows that would lead up to a crossover event called The Defenders. Although these shows take place in Hell's Kitchen, NY, as you could see by the several references in Daredevil, it's still takes place within the same universe the began back in 2008 with Iron Man. Up next on Netflix is Jessica Jones, a title and character that I'm admittedly not too familiar with. However, if it lives up to the hype and if Daredevil is any indication, this series if going to be amazing! It also introduces Luke Cage, who will also have his own Netflix series.
