Starting immediately, I'm devoting myself to, well...myself. Not in a crazy obsessive way or anything. But I have a goal and I'm super determined to get there. The goal: put on roughly 20-25lbs, improve on my cardio capacity, and stay as limber as possible. Good shit, right Miroki?!
Here's my plan in a nutshell: workout 4-5 days a week (heavy weight training, cardio, yoga and crossfit), high protein/calorie diet (primarily fish, chicken, eggs, and grains...possibly some supplements?), and, here's the kicker...cutting back on the drinking.
Go ahead. Take a second to let that soak in. I'll wait.
I know it's summer and it's time to party and bullshit. And, don't get me wrong, I'm going to take part in my fair share, but I really want to focus on getting myself to a certain point. Being hungover at the gym doesn't help that cause. But on the off days...ya boy gettin shitty!
